February 17th will usher in the Year of the Horse. Let's mark this new year with a Chinese lunch on Wednesday, February 11th. Chicken balls with a side of either fried rice or noodles are available for $9.00. Order forms will be handed out in elementary homeroom classes. High school staff and students can pick up order forms at the office from Mrs. Piatt. Orders are due by Friday, February 6th.
Congratulations to the Jr SRC Red Team for coming in first place last semester! They earned 308 points. Members of the Red Team are Luke, Lane, Cleon, Miley, Rhodes, Rich, Samuel, Jaxon, Rory, Kelsey, Charlotte, Anton, Jude, Lauren, Olivia, Claire Taylor, Sofia and Lily Smetaniuk. Well done, Red Team! Come down to Mrs. Mueller's room after announcements, please, to claim your prizes. All points will be zeroed now for second semester. Good luck to all colour teams!

Congratulations to the Sr Girls basketball team. They had a great weekend of basketball and played hard - earning second place in the Kenaston Tournament.
