Congratulations to the Gr 2, Gr 3, and Gr 6 classes, who all took part in The Northern Lights Movement for Kids during the month of February. This movement encourages education and fitness while making connections through a range of activities for both youth and communities. The purpose is to create opportunities for Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth to connect via this project. Collectively, we did a distance of 3887.4 km doing activities like walking, shoveling snow, skating, building snow forts, and playing pond hockey. This is a huge achievement, and we are so proud of our students. Thank you for taking part in such an important project.
Driver Ed Students - Mrs. Griffin is having some issues with her new car, she will keep us posted if she will be in today to drive with students. She is going to try her best to be here for the classroom sessions.
